I have just purchased a hosting service from you and I'm trying to install a script but I'm receiving the message, "You don't have permission to access /ar/install.php on this server." I want to know if there are other restriction apart from what was displayed on your salespage. I have created a db, have changed file permissions as required for the installation. Most applications have a support forum, try and locate the support forum of the program you are trying to install. It is very likely you will find an immediate solution to your problem there. |
